If roller coasters do not sound pleasant, there is MB2 entertainment here in Canyon Country. MB2 entertainment is located just down the road from Golden Valley High School. MB2 has lots of activities such as Kart racing, ax throwing, mini golf, laser tag, arcade games, duckpin bowling and bumper boats.MB2 has been open since April 27th 2022 and has been thriving since. Each activity has its own difficulty and fun to it. They are known for their kart racing and mini golf experience.

Kart racing is 12 dollars or 60 credits for kids and adults is 15 dollars or 75 credits. Kart racing is most fun when it’s a race between friends. Instead of having to pay for each play and activity you have to pay for credits to use all around in the building. MB2 has a unique way of working by having a credit system with all the activities. You pay for a certain amount of credits, then receive a card to use those credits for all the activities MB2 has to offer.

MB2’s hours are
Monday to Thursday open from 12pm to 10pm.
Friday is open from 12pm till 12am.
Saturday is open from 11am to 12am and Sunday is 11am to 10pm

Santa Clarita Public Parks

Toddlongshore park

If amusement parks and adrenaline activities are not for you, Santa Clarita has a handful of parks for the public to enjoy. Going to public parks is a great way to spend time and relax while being outside. Especially on a bright sunny day where the weather is too perfect to spend sitting inside all day.

Located all around the city, parks are filled with grass areas for picnics, playgrounds, and basketball courts being the most common. Some parks may also have baseball fields, exercising equipment, trails, and tennis courts.

Picnics are a great way to bond with friends, and spend time getting outside. Some great places to have picnics would be Fair Oaks Park, Todd Longshore Park, and Golden Valley Park. All of these parks have lots of grass areas, and bathrooms available to the public. A great thing about Todd Longshore park is the amazing view of Canyon Country. Santa Clarita has a website for their parks, and recreational centers. On the website, there are options to look for different categories ranging from recreational & community services, Park divisions, Trails/paso maps, and event field conditions regarding if it’s open. Santa Clarita has different versions of trails. One trail greatly known is the bike trail. Parks are open at all times unless the park is under construction then the park will be closed. Rainy days may also affect the park hours.

This is where the Santa Clarita Park website could come in handy with giving park updates on hours and availability.

While there are more locations that are not as big as these attractions listed, there are still lots of hidden gems, like food places and other small businesses worth visiting in Santa Clarita.
