The class color August 14th rally has been announced! These colors will represents the grade levels at rallys, games, and other school events. The colors change each year so no one grade had the same color two years in a row. The colors are
Freshman-green
Sophomores-purple
Juniors-pink
Seniors-blue

Dawn Bona, an 11th grader at golden valley high school. She is in journalism, Multimedia Exploration Club, and for the last 2 years was in color guard. She loves to write poems and comics. She is a person that loves to pick up hobbies like wood carving, watercolors, chalk drawing, poetry, sewing, crochet, baking, and cooking. You can often find her in the winter months with hot chocolate, homemade cookies, doing one of her hobbies with her many, many animals. In the summer you can find her by a body of water with homemade lemonade and sushi with her pets, dreaming of actually catching a fish. To Dawn, being in lets her try and create new skills, experiences, and work. Journalism gives her a chance to help build a place to give people a place to show their labor of love. A place to sometimes show her writing and drawing skills.
