Aaliyah Solares is a ninth grader at Golden Valley High School and one of the Digital Editors for The Grizzly Gazette. She always comes in with positive energy and never bad. She likes to get involved a lot and get to know new people. In the past she got an award for participation and honor roll. Aaliyah wants to write about joining clubs and getting involved a lot, also about not being embarrassed about anything and just being yourself. Being a student journalist means a lot to me because there are many stories I would love to talk about, mainly our local community issues. I am very passionate about it because there are some things I have in mind that can make our community better. I am a very competitive person and I am looking forward to trying out for the track team. I love to travel all over the world and some places I have been to are Japan, Cabo, Florida, and Michigan. In the future I would love to travel to Hawaii or Dubai because I think those are pretty cool places to travel to.
