Emma Mikailian a Sophomore at Golden Valley High School in the Grizzly Gazette as a Campus News Writer and Photographer… She is involved in Girl’s Soccer as JV Captain and is Vice President for the Middle Eastern Student Association Club here at Golden Valley. As Vice President for MESA she wants to bring voice to the Middle East and make our Middle Eastern student community feel safe. Some of her favorite things are playing soccer, sushi, hanging out with friends and family, ceramics, and thrifting. She is also a huge music listener, her favorite artists and bands are the Arctic Monkeys, Sade, Frank Ocean, Adele, Billie Eilish, and Gracie Abrams. Being a student journalist means a lot to her, she loves being involved in her school. She wants people’s voices to be heard that are always in the background being ignored. She hopes to make a difference towards her school.
