Maddison Adame, Co-Editor in Chief, is a senior at Golden Valley High School. Her main extracurricular at school is being the senior class representative for the FCA club which is one of the Christian clubs at GV. Outside of school her main extracurricular activities include regularly volunteering at her church Grand Central Collective for fundraisers and child care. Some of the things she’s passionate about covering are artistic and culture pieces, but also anything she is inspired to write about. More than that to her, being a student journalist and a part of the newspaper means being able to speak freely on different topics and expand her writing skills and artistic abilities. Being a part of this matters because student journalism and the stories written can have varying impacts on readers. Some of her favorite hobbies include painting, reading, watching tv, nannying, and going to the beach. She is also personally interested in the culture surrounding art, pop culture, the spirituality of life, and so much more.
